We provide a structured environment for recovering addicts to begin living their lives clean and sober outside the confines of a drug treatment center or detention center. At Faith House Communities, we believe that recovery is a lifelong process and we are committed to supporting our residents every step of the way. If you or a loved one is in need of a sober living environment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Amenities include on site laundry, air conditioning, parking, full kitchens, living/dining rooms and quick access to public transportation. Each guest can expect a clean bed, sufficient clothing storage, HDTV w/ cable and free wifi in every room inside a clean, well maintained home cared for by the guests who stay there! Our homes are smoke free but there are plenty of designated outdoor smoking areas. Living in one of our sober houses aids the sometimes difficult transition of reentering the community as a newly sober person.
Welcome to the Tharros House- mens recovery home
Our team connects with each client’s clinical providers to help understand what supports are needed before he arrives at Tharros. Are you a state agency, licensed provider, individual, or family looking for a MASH-certified sober home? All MASH-certified sober homes follow the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards and have been independently inspected. Studies confirm that the absence of a stable, alcohol and drug free living environment is a monumental obstacle to maintained sobriety for even the most motivated individuals (see the latest study here). Teras is located two miles away from Tharros (both Tharros and Teras are in Lexington MA). This less structured residence is designed to support clients when they have 25+ hours of work or other outside structure weekly, which can be developed with assistance from our team, in the first 30 days.
